Cancellation & Refund Policy
The members signing up through the online registration and payment option must ensure that they are returned back to our website nbuaa.org after the transaction is processed successfully at the payment gateway interface for the necessary payment confirmation and relevant notifications related to the transaction. The payment made towards North Bengal University Alumni Association is governed by the following payment policies:
- The membership fee once paid while signing up cannot be cancelled and is completely Non-Refundable.
- If any member happens to pay twice for one transaction, the additional transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.
- Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/reversed for any refund or reversal and chargeback of any transaction.
- A member should report to the NBUAA authorities via email with necessary proof for any online transactions that are not captured by the online payment interface at http://www.nbuaa.org.
